Goal Setting: Week of January 31, 2016

Week in Review | Making the Most BlogThanks to all of the snow that came last weekend, I did fairly well on my goals for this past week.  The kids were home Monday through Wednesday and had two-hour delays on Thursday and Friday, which cut out my gym time.  So even though I accomplished absolutely NONE of my physical goals, I did fairly well with everything else.  Here how things looked for this past week:

Spiritual:

  • Devotions (5/7)
  • Designated prayer time (1/7)

Mental:

  • Journal (1/7)
  • Finish reading Make It Happen by Lara Casey
  • Finish reading Where Is God When It Hurts? by Philip Yancey
  • Finish 2 cross stitch colors (I finished one)

Physical:

  • Drink soda only 1 day
  • 6 c. of water daily (3/7)
  • Exercise (3/7)

Relationships:

  • Devotions with Prince Charming (1/7)
  • Devotions with Babies (1/7)
  • Plan February’s date with Prince Charming
  • Spend time with Princess Anna
  • Spend time with Rapunzel
  • Send 1 personal note
  • Plan next month’s hospitality date

Career:

  • Blog 3 days (MTM)
  • Use Wednesday as a business day to plan for next month

Should Do:

  • Cut coupons
  • Ironing
  • Spot clean kitchen floors
  • Update calendar

Here are my goals for the upcoming week:

Spiritual:

  • Read 7 chapters
  • Finish 2 cross stitch colors

Physical:

  • Drink soda only 2 days
  • 6 c. of water daily (3/7)
  • Exercise (3/7)

Relationships:

  • Devotions with Prince Charming (1/7)
  • Devotions with Babies (1/7)
  • Plan February’s date with Prince Charming
  • Spend time with Princess Anna
  • Spend time with Rapunzel
  • Send 1 personal note
  • Plan next month’s hospitality date

Career:

  • Blog 3 days (MTM)
  • Use Wednesday as a business day to recap January

Should Do:

  • Cut coupons
  • Ironing
  • Dust bathrooms
  • Sweep bathroom floors
